Joy In Your Salvation
Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 51:12

Have you lost the joy of your salvation?
That joy to just go to church, get into word and that excitement to pray?
It happens to the best of us. The more we go through the more we feel beat down and tired. We find it hard to find joy because we're faced with so many trials, but we don't have to let the trials steal our joy.
We can ask the Lord to restore our joy in him!

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.
Psalm 5:11

Put all your trust in God today and rejoice!
Whatever situation you're going through God is going through it with you!
He's defending you because he loves you! And who could protect you and keep you better than the Lord? Uh, no one!!!

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.
Psalm 95:2

Many times I get out of my dismal thought wave by just thanking God for the many things He has done in my life. For loving me like no one else can. For accepting me as I am and keeping me on His road with his loving hand. Then I sing! Yeah, in prayer, when I'm by myself, and sometimes with my family!

Friend, if you've lost your joy, look at where God has brought you out of!
Look at where He's taking you! What God has already done for you and thank him for his faithfulness daily! Thank Him for protecting you and keeping you! And give up some praise through song! God inhabits the praises of his people!
Then watch as the joy of your salvation is found again!!!
