Making Time For God

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
James 4:8

Are you drawing after God?
Really putting your heart into your relationship with him?
As much as I'm in the word, some days I feel like I really just need to have that one on one time with God. I need to open up my Bible, I need to pray, and I need to praise him. It's a need, a desire that really strengthens my heart.
On the days when I put other things before God I don't feel so great. In fact I see my day start off wrong and things aren't as peaceful. Then I try to justify my not having enough time for God and that goes over even worst because then I'm being drawn into letting the things of this world distract me from my Father who loves me no matter what.
So todays word is really to encourage you to take time out for God. He always has time for you. He'll never tell you he's too busy or your problems aren't important. He wants to hear about your day even though he already knows! He is a lover our soul! He wants us to draw unto him everyday!

Many Blessings~
