THE KATINAS TESTIFY
“If your life is torn apart and you’re hopeless, don’t know where to turn Jesus is here to put your life back together...”
 Samoa brothers John, Jesse, Sam, James and Joseph are best known in the Christian music scene as The Katinas for over 15 years, told a story of their roots. For them it all began 30 years ago with one man who suffered on the inside, who let out the turmoil through spousal and alcohol abuse. Still as messed up as he was, he wasn’t too messed up for Jesus. God saw his pain and sent another man to share with him the love of Christ. A man who told him, “Hey there’s hope for you.”
It was on a Wednesday night, that one lost man found life at a small church gathering he was invited to. He went, and he was given an opportunity to give his life to Jesus. He took that opportunity and was set free by the blood of Jesus Christ! That man was Moses Katina, the father of The Katinas and now a pastor reaching souls with the very same message of Christ that saved his life.
As one of the Katina brother’s testified, “If you make a decision to give your life to Jesus, God will not only change your life, but because of your decision generations, families will be changed, people will find their destiny because of the great God we serve.”
