Day 4 Fast Junk Food

Fasting Sweets sounds easy enough, at least until you see that mouth watering candy bar or in my case a milkshake! It was very tempting to indulge in that sweet milkshake, but I resisted the shake…
However, more importantly I want to feel like Psalm 42:1 daily.
My spirit, soul and body should desire the freshness of God’s word every single day. My heart should melt at the thought of the Lord. God should be our very thirst day and night.
